Time Management – learning to delegate

No matter how organised we are, there are only 24 hours in the day. It is always our intention to ‘sort out’ our time management skills but the focus of time management is changing behaviour not changing time.

One of the most important lessons of effective time management is learning to delegate and/or outsource. You can still be in control and accomplish what you wish even though you let other people carry some of the load.

Too much time is wasted every day on searching for things!
